Sports

The Junior College Sports Department had a productive and energetic year, promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and discipline among students. Regular training sessions were conducted for a wide range of indoor and outdoor games including chess, carrom, table tennis, kabaddi, kho-kho, athletics, gymnastics, and cricket. Qualified teacher guided students to improve their skills and encouraged active participation.

Students enthusiastically represented the college in DSO (District Sports Office) tournaments, achieving commendable performances in various events. In addition, intra-collegiate competitions were organized to provide a platform for all students to showcase their talents and develop a spirit of healthy competition.

The department focused on overall development by balancing academics and sports, fostering leadership qualities and sportsmanship. The consistent efforts of students and staff contributed to enhancing the college’s reputation in sports. The year concluded with increased participation, improved performance, and a strong commitment to excellence in sports activities.
